I have tried it on low settings, I have tried forcing old versions of DirectX, I have reinstalled the latest video drivers and tried earlier nVidia drivers, I have validated the game files, I've tried it with V-Sync on / off / and with and without G-Sync. Unfortunately it barely manages 30 FPS and appears to stutter every few seconds to the point it's irritating enough to stop me playing.
